Starting at the base of the trail to M hill, we ran up to the first climb and did 15 merkins. We moseyed back down and did 15 in cadence Situps, we ran back up to the second hill and did 15 Carolina Docks, we moseyed back to the bottom and did 15 flutter Kicks in cadence, ran back up to the first hill and did 15 Derkin’s and we mosey back down and did 15 Freddie Mercury’s incadence, and we ran back up to the second hill, where Goon claimed King of the Hill, followed by Osborne Splinter and Rango. We did 60s of planks and moseyed back to the wall.
