THE THANG: Jukebox STOP – All PAX do the following exercises in rotation: 10 Goblet Squats, 10 overhead presses, and 10 kettlebell swings – One PAX picks a song and starts playing th song. The person who picks does 20 monkey humpers – Once finished with monkey humpers, said PAX tags the next PAX, and then that PAX does 20 Monkey humpers, and so on. – The rotation continues until the song ends. – Penalty: person who is doing monkey humpers when the song ends has to do Man-makers while the rest of the group runs a lap across the parking lot and back
