Entrance A – Abs Each PAX picks an Ab exercises and leads the count. Can’t remember all of them
Entrance B – Burpees X20 burpees
Entrance C – Calisthenics (you can tell I didn’t think this through) Squats Monkey humpers
Entrance D – Diamond Merkins
Entrance E – Elimination Do wall sits and count off until the last PAX is standing. Thunder Thighs won, hence his name
