THE THANG: On this snowy morning, we played cards. We did an exercise for each suite and the number of reps based on the value of the card. Numbers 1-10, face cards were 10, and aces were 15. Jokers we did double the count of the previous draw in burpees.
Diamonds – Merkins Hearts – BBS Clubs – Squats Spades – Lunges
I was real great at drawing lunges, MOD drew both jokers (we did 30 burpees between the two), and we learned that the deck wasn’t pre-shuffled very well, as we got many high value cards of the same suit pretty close to each other.
We also almost got smoked out by diesel exhaust :dizzy_face: :nauseated_face:
