THE THANG: Burpee/Blockee Ladder CARRY –> SPRINT –> BURPEES –> SPRINT –> BLOCKEES Ladder Down of Sprints @ 100 & Burpees/Blockees @ 10, 90 & 9, 80 & 8, and so on… [55 Burpees + 55 Blockees = 110 total towards MABA challenge]
EXTRA THANG: Chumba-Burpee (to the song, Tubthumper by Chumbawamba) Start with SSH at beginning of song. Every time they say, “I get knocked down, but I get up again” you do a burpee. While not doing burpees, you are continuously doing SSH. In the end, you will do about 27 burpees. [25 MABA Burpees]
