We did these big 5 exercises in a rotation around the pond.
Mosey to pull-up location performed as many pull-ups as possible
Mosey to sit up location performed 30 WWI sit-ups
Mosey to bridge and select a stone from under the bridge perform 30 goblet squats
Mosey to monument perform 30 merkins
Mosey to flag and perform 20 burpees
Repeat the circuit until time runs out. We completed two full circuits
