THE THANG: Go Back, Gain an Hour Reverse Mosey from light post to light post (go back), alternating between two exercises where we increase by 5 reps each light post (gain an hour). Each PAX picks a sequence of two exercises, we ended up doing:
1st round: civilian cadence, Ozborn’s pick 15 merkins 20 merkins 25 merkins (it was at this point we decided to switch to alternating exercises haha) 30 squats 35 merkins 40 squats Mosey to start
2nd round: cadence, Tech Know’s pick 15 reverse lunges 20 SSH 25 reverse lunges 30 SSH 35 reverse lunges 40 SSH
3rd round: mountain climbers cadence, flying squirrels civilian cadence 15 mountain climbers 10 flying squirrels (at this point we decided to break the “start by 15” pattern to be as if we started at 5 lol) 15 mountain climbers 20 flying squirrels 25 mountain climbers 30 flying squirrels

ANNOUNCEMENTS: -during our TAPS we met a guy named Eric who moved up from Houston for the Air Force. He was looking for a group of runners, but we gave him an F3 card and he might come to one of the weekday workouts, so, cool!
TAPS: -prayers for Cindy’s family (Tech Know’s sons mother in law) who just passed away from cancer) as they go through this pain and loss -prayers for Common Ground attendee Natalie who is going through a slew of health problems and surgery mishaps (including collapsed lung, pneumonia, stomach pushing into chest cavity, etc.) to be healed, and for her kiddos (3 of them) as they go through this too -prayers for MOD with feeling a spiritual low point, that God would bring him up out of it.
