THE THANG: Wearing our packs we traversed M Hill along maybe 2-2.5 miles of the trail network in a loop.
At each fork in the trail, we did 10 merkins with our packs.
In all we probably did somewhere ~150 merkins
WARM DOWN: When we got back down to the parking lot, finished her off with 10 more merkins
ANNOUNCEMENTS: -Plowman’s wife Heather had to tell some parents about their son that committed suicide while on duty. Pray for the family and for her. -An employee at Plowman’s company has been missing for the last couple days and things aren’t looking too good. Pray for him and everyone involved. -Praise for Ozborn’s wife going to future-sister-in-law’s bridal shower in Louisiana. She was on the same flight to Dallas as @Tech Know !

Remember that the LORD has planted us here men. He has done so that we might be a testament to his beauty and glory. We are STRONG OAKS in Christ who has made us righteous and has clothed us with his mercy. Let us be those stalwart, God-glorifying, righteous men that love the Lord our God with all we are and be ambassadors of him in everything.
