THE THANG: Okay hit potato with the 20lb medicine ball Every time a pax throws the ball he calls out an exercise and all the pax do that exercise. If the pax thrown to catches the ball no penalty if he drops the pass all pax do a burpee.
Each pass the reps increase until every pax had caught the ball twice. Once every pax catches the ball twice we do a pallet cleansing plank relay.
