Do planks while one PAX does merkins till failure, continue planking until all PAX have done merkins - Wall sit and jump squat mixed relay. Same as above but with wall sits and 15 jump squats - Lunge underneath bridge WARM DOWN: Mary-o-Rama American hammers X’s and O’s Box cutters J-Lo’s/Shakiras ANNOUNCEMENTS: Blackout is an engaged man!
