THE THANG: Bingo Randomly pull numbers from the phone app.
If the player had the number on his card, then they got to call the exercise and everyone would perform that number of Reps. For Example G-59 would mean that the player with that square would call “BINGO” and then “Chest Presses” and everyone would preform 59 reps of chest presses prior to the next pull.
If more than one player had the number on their card, then both (or three, or four) would divide the reps evenly and then call their own exercise. For Example N-40 resulted in 4 players calling “BINGO” This means all four players would get to call 10 reps of their own exercise.
You have 10 seconds to call your exercise or pull from the F3 exercise card deck.
Buzzkill ensured we had at least 50 burpees.
