Five xo’s set up like the five dots on a die.
Merkins at one corner
Ozborn ab combo at the next
Squats at the following corner
Bonny Blair at the last corner
In the center man makers
Perform reps of each exercise in clockwise direction returning to the center after completing the exercises in each of the corners.
First round starts with 5 reps at each corner and 2 reps in the center.
Each round adds one rep to each exercise including the man makers in the center.
For example the beatdown progresses in this manner:
Round 1
5 merkins 2 man makers
5 Ozborn ab combos 2 man makers
5 squats 2 man makers
5 Bonny Blair’s 2 man makers
Round 2
6 merkins 3 man makers
6 Ozborn ab combos 3 man makers
6 squats 3 man makers
6 Bonny Blair’s 3 man makers
Round 3
7 merkins 4man makers
7 Ozborn ab combos 4 man makers
7 squats 4 man makers
7 Bonny Blair’s 4 man makers
Etc… complete as many rounds as possible within the time allotted.
I completed 8 rounds for a total of 68 merkins, 68 Ozborn ab combos, 68 Squats, 68 Bonnie Blair’s and 176 man makers.
This basically became an accidental IPC workout.

The thought for the day comes from John Wooden. “Never try to be better than anyone else but never stop trying to be the best you can be.” You cannot control what anyone else does sometimes they will best you sometimes you will best them but you never know what their preparation looked like. Maybe they beat you because they worked much harder on the preparation. Maybe you beat them because they slacked off on preparing. The only true measure of growth is you against you. Did you give your best? Did you do better than yourself from yesterday? That’s a win that’s how you know you have succeeded.

DND was Luke warm about his previous church and God blessed by meeting a pastor at F3 KC who was starting a church. That church is supposed to kickoff this month and there are some stressors surrounding that launch.
