THE THANG: 3 Flags Up One thrower throws the frisbee to all the catchers. The catchers compete to be the first one to catch 3 throws. The first one to catch 3 picks an exercise and the group does 50 reps of that exercise (10 on each corner of a rectangle you run on, with doing two rounds on the first corner)
