THE THANG: Walk with our coupons to the other side of the creek.
Up and Down the River Like the card game where you take tricks with an increasing count of cards in your hand up to a max and then decreasing in count back to the start. We ran with our blocks in between stations “up and down the river” (Rapid Creek) doing these exercises.
We did such that we stacked each exercise as we went and then worked back down (e.g., 5 reps, run to other station, then 5 & 6 reps, run back, 5, 6, & 7, run, etc… until we get to 10, then work back down until we get to the 5) Our exercises were:
5x kettle-bell swings 6x goblet squats 7x WWIII Situps 8x Curls for the Girls 9x Thrusters 10x Man-makers
WARM DOWN: Slow mosey back to the wall to finish off
