Got two full rounds in - enough to learn that SSH is NOT a merciful choice. In no particular order, we did: - Merkins - SSHs × 2 - Freddie Mercurys - LBCs - Wall Sits - Planks - Foxholes - (Two more things I can't remember) WARM DOWN: Third and final round of Mer"C" was devoted to cool-down type movements: - Alabama Prom Dates - GMDs - Butterfly Stretch - Small Arm Circles (Moon gods?) - Cobra-Updog (Mountain Seals?) - Mosey back to The (wet) Wall ANNOUNCEMENTS: TAPS: - Chandelle (Mrs. Tech-Know) does NOT have MS! She has a Cyst between T3 and T7 - will attempt to shrink naturally. - Aaron (Rango's friend in...Alabama?) and his wife will begin the IVF process soon. - Andrew (Spaceballs' 12y.o. nephew) finished 2nd in a race... and then had some sort of cardiac event that required a defibrillator and more. - Tyler and Joudly Peterson remain on the list due to pregnancy complications.
