THE THANG: Run a loop around the golf course and founders with the following in between: – Plank and merkin mixed relay. Do planks while one PAX does merkins till failure, continue planking until all PAX have done merkins – Wall sit and jump squat mixed relay. Same as above but with wall sits and 15 jump squats – Lunge underneath bridge
