THE THANG: The Star-Spangled Spanking Each exercise was performed at a separate station, and we run in a star pattern between each station. 2 sets of 25 were done for each exercise in honor of our great 50 states. In between each station, we did 7 burpees in the middle in honor of the 7 years the Revolutionary War lasted. The exercises were:
The American Dream (ladders) Merkins American Hammers Lieutenant Dans WWIII Situps
6 burpees at the end to bring the total number of burpees to 76, in honor of the year we declared independence from Britain.
